Outpatient (OP) consultations are scheduled based on doctor availability. Patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment with government-issued identification and previous medical records. Cancellations or requests to reschedule consultations must be communicated to our Outpatient Desk at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

4. Inpatient Admissions & Residential Rules

Admission to our acute psychiatric wards, de-addiction units, and geriatric care facilities requires formal clinical evaluation by our duty psychiatrist and the written consent of an authorized adult attendant or guardian. For patient safety and therapeutic wellbeing, alcohol, illicit substances, sharp items, and unauthorized medications are strictly prohibited on campus.

All clinical service charges, bed charges, nursing fees, and diagnostic tests are billed according to transparent institutional tariffs. Our desk assists with cashless insurance approvals and reimbursement claims with recognized Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), subject to individual policy approvals.
