Sr Prof Mercy Kurian as Director has an impressive career. She has a will to carry out all her plans and schemes for the benefit of the hospital,maintaining high standards. She has a wealth of hospital administration expertise to fall back upon from Holy Family Hospital,Muthalakodam. As she has got a proven track record in the administrative side,her new assignment is an easy pick for her to carry out. She is gifted with administrative as well as managerial abilities that can open the doors for the betterment,improvement and the enhancement of facilities at the hospital. New challenges always make a person responsible,adaptive and capable of handling any situation with ease and a sense of satisfaction.With a life of prayer, and God’s blessings, Sr. Prof.Mercy Kurian takes up the saddle of overseeing the hospital.

Dr Sr Sholly Francis SH, Administrator, has been a beacon of hope at Sacred Heart Mental Health Hospital for years. The word ‘Administrator’ is embedded with a number of meanings. It means ‘Leader’, ‘Advisor’ ,’Manager’ ,’Decision Maker’ and even ‘Producer’. All these roles are linked to each other and can be influential. Sr Sholly Francis combines all these qualities. She works like a well-oiled machine. As the Administrator,she is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring patients receive top-notch services. She develops strategies for the enhancement of the facilities and smooth running of the system. She organises, co-ordinates,supervises and keeps a vigilant watch over everything. She keeps an eye over the implementation of policies with regard to the institution,manages public services,co-ordinates the activities of the staff,oversees the economic,social and infrastructure development and ensures that services are effectively rendered and delivered with ease and hastle free. She establishes the ‘connect’ with the top brass and the bottom level – the superiors and the subordinates.She has been maintaining the status-quo without any errors and faults.

As Assistant Administator, Sr Tessin Kanjirathinkal plays a commendable role in the daily operations and everyday work culture of the hospital. She has an eye on everything that happens in the institution. She extends her support in all spheres of activities paying attention to the minutest details,demonstrating remarkable care,love and endless support to the staff and the patients alike. She is of exemplary behaviour and conduct, a gem of a person with selfless love,dedication and commitment. She is always a source of inspiration and motivation drawing people to her with keen interest. She is always an example to be emulated. Whatever may be the responsibilities entrusted with her,she does everything with cent percent dedication,sincerity and commitment.
